First, we talk
Text me your name, your business name, and a little about what you do. We’ll check whether you need a new profile or help with an existing one, and make sure this service fits.

I get to know your business
You complete an intake form and provide your business information and photos. I use those details to create an accurate profile that represents your business.

I handle the setup and help you prepare for verification
Google determines which verification methods are available. I’ll explain what’s required and help you prepare.
If Google requests a video, you’ll record and submit it from your business. We can meet on Zoom beforehand if you need help getting ready.

You learn to keep it going
Once your profile is verified, we’ll walk through managing it together. You’ll have time to practice, ask questions, and learn how to put it to work for your business.
How long does it take?
I’ll confirm a setup schedule with you before we begin.
Verification is a separate step. Google’s review time varies, and additional information or another verification attempt may be required. I’ll help you understand the next steps, but I can’t guarantee an approval date.

What if I already started a profile?
That’s fine. Text me before creating another one. We’ll look at what’s already there and determine what you need.
If it’s a straightforward setup we can complete, I’ll let you know. If it needs recovery, an appeal, or more involved troubleshooting, we’ll discuss that separately before starting.
What if I work from home and don’t want my address public?
If customers don’t visit your home and you travel to them, we can set up your profile as a service-area business and hide your address from public view.
Google may still require your real business address for verification. We’ll review how you operate so the setup fits your business.
What if I serve several cities?
We’ll list the areas you actually serve, whether that’s Vancouver, Camas, Ridgefield, or other nearby communities.
Adding a city to your service area doesn’t guarantee that your profile will rank there.
Can I use a P.O. box or rented mailing address?
A P.O. box or mailbox rental isn’t a substitute for an eligible business location. We’ll review your actual location and how you serve customers before setting up the profile.
What do I need to provide?
We’ll start with your business name, contact information, hours, services, service area, and any photos you want to use.
Depending on Google’s verification requirements, you may also need business documents or evidence of your location, equipment, and management of the business. I’ll help you prepare for what’s requested.
Can you guarantee verification?
No. Google determines eligibility and approval.

If the issue requires an appeal or substantial troubleshooting beyond the setup service, we’ll discuss the scope and any additional cost before proceeding.
Will this put me in the top three on Google Maps?
No specific position is guaranteed. Setup gives you a foundation to build on. Your location, relevance to the search, competition, and reputation all affect where you appear.
Do I have to pay Google to keep my profile?
No. Google Business Profile is free. My fee covers the setup, guidance, and training.
Will you manage it for me afterward?
This service is designed to teach you how to manage it yourself. You’ll have a checklist to follow and someone to contact when you need guidance.
